Research Coordination at Pilgrim
With sadness, we have received news that Dr Brian Macallan will conclude in his role as Research Coordinator at Pilgrim at the end of 2024. Brian has played a key role in overseeing and expanding the College’s work with research students and has represented Pilgrim in wider University conversations and decision-making in the research space. We wish Brian every success as he moves to develop his skills and experience in psychology and we are delighted that he will remain an Honorary Research Associate through Pilgrim at the University of Divinity.
We are excited to announce that Associate Professor Monica Melanchthon will step into the role of Research Coordinator in 2025. Monica is the Associate Professor of Old Testament / Hebrew Bible at Pilgrim and has a significant international profile in her own research field. She will take up the responsibilities of the Research Coordinator role in conjunction with her Faculty role and bring a wealth of experience and skills in research to the support of Pilgrim’s research students.
