Orientation Event with Uncle Mark Kickett

You are warmly invited to join Pilgrim Theological College on Thursday 22nd February from 3.30pm for the official launch of the 2024 academic year. One of the themes we are embedding throughout the curriculum this year is – what does it mean to do theology and ministry on stolen land? This will therefore be the focus of our orientation event.

A local Wurundjeri Elder will welcome us to country with a smoking ceremony. We will then be led in a conversation about doing theology and ministry on stolen land by Rev Uncle Mark Kickett (Chair of UAICC), moderated by Rev Sharon Hollis (President, UCA).

The day will end with a BBQ for those able to stay.
